This unique combination awards you with both the regeneration from the growth factors and the stem cells in the PRF and the immediate volume from the fillers. This combination produces a longer-lasting, better result. There are different ways this is achieved depending on the areas treated and the desired outcome.

One of those ways is to mix PRF and filler together. This combination creates a blended mixture that is injected into the skin to work on fine lines and wrinkles. PRF, is a solution obtained from your blood. Your blood is drawn from a vein in your arm and then spun in a centrifuge to separate the red blood cells. What’s left, the PRF is plasma that contains platelets rich in growth factors and white blood cells, including mesenchymal stem cells. The PRF is then injected into different areas of the face to target regeneration where it is desired. Since there is no blood thinner added to PRF (this is how PRF is different from PRP), it clots and forms a fibrin matrix once injected. The fibrin clot slowly releases growth factors into the surrounding area for 7-10 days.
